shall be made up of graduate or post-graduate professional conference interpreters, working exclusively or principally in that capacity. They shall observe a strict and universal code of conduct : that of AIIC;

shall be made up of interpreters who work only in the languages of which they have a full command;

shall be recruited by professional consultant interpreters;
